Black Rock shooter

An entry to a contest on Pixiv. Gah, this was such a pain.
I realized a few hours before the deadline that it was supposed to be submitted in A4 format, and in trying to make it fit, completely ruined my effects. The only file that still HAD all the effects I wanted was a back up jpeg from when I was almost finished, so I ended up having to work with that.

Note to self: read the rules completely, even if they're in a language you can't understand!
